    we deal with planholders' general enquiries.

    we deal with Financial Advisers general enquiries.

    we process changes to your Choices Individual Personal Pension

Claims

  • Death Claims:
    we settle claims on retirement annuities (except Choices plans) where the planholder has died prior to taking the retirement benefits
  • Claims Pensions:
    we deal with the valuation of Individual Pension Plans and payment of their benefits and settle claims where a Choices planholder has died prior to retirement
  • Annuity Payments:
    we deal with alterations and enquiries relating to pension payments and cancellations of pensions in the event of a customer's death

We deal with the valuation of individual pension plans and handle all aspects of the retirement claim procedure or transfer of funds.
