We deal with all claims on Critical Illness, Total and Permanent Disability, Waiver of Premium and Individual Income Protection benefits.

Maturities:
We settle payments at the end/ maturity of a policy.

Surrenders:
We deal with requests for surrender claim forms on life policies and investment bonds and the subsequent settlement.

We're dedicated to settling your claim under a life protection policy. Once we've received notification of your claim an Administrator will be assigned to your case and will deal with your claim through to settlement.

Health Claims

This team of claim assessors deal with all aspects of critical illness, total and permanent disability, waiver of premium and individual income protection claims.

Maturities

We are a team of Administrators dealing with the prompt settlement of policies at the maturity date.

Four to six weeks before your policy matures, an Administrator will write to you to tell you the estimated maturity value of your policy and anything we need to make payment.

To make sure we can contact you in time, please tell us if you change address.
